Company hires Apprentice Force to recruit talent, define tasks and coordinate assignments for a successful apprenticeship.
In order to insure a good match, talent is required to research the Company and share some market insights before they can begin apprenticeship.
Online Job Training.
For each position, Apprentice Force has scoured the web to discover the BEST materials and resources from top experts to learn the skills necessary to be successful in that field.
Your apprenticeship is a series of resume-quality assignments designed to test your skills in many job-specific areas and offer you a meaningful and challenging work experience that employers will value.
Complete work on time.
Our apprenticeships are virtual, which means the only thing you need to focus on is the QUALITY of your work because you don't have to commute to an office, do menial work or even get dressed!
Employer reviews work.
Each assignment is reviewed and scored by your employer before you receive your next assignment. They also can give additional feedback or comments if applicable.
Earn recommendation and stipend.
Upon successfully completing 10+ assignments for your employer, Apprentice Force sends you a small stipend, usually $50 to $100, and guarantees you a written letter of recommendation from your employer if your assignment scores averaged over a 7 of 10.
